How to Get a Flat Stomach : Be honest, are you one of those people who rush to grab a burger, cheap beer, and chips after work only to collapses on the sofa with a heart attack just an hour later?
Or are you one of those people who is full of energy, eats right, and yet you still find it difficult to entertain yourself after two hours of dinner? If you answered in the affirmative to this, then I have good news for you.
I prepared a simple eating motion that you can use to help reduce your overall stomach size. Some of these things may not make you feel as good as they are ultimately good for you!
First things first. The basic rule of “all things in moderation” needs to be practiced here. If you jump around too much, you’re going to end up eating more than you need and quite often you will find yourself choosing things that are not healthy for you over things that are. This is called over consumption. So please moderation applies.
Next, try and make it a habit to STOP buying that second helping of pizza orJelly Ray’s that you had last night. Change your mindset to think of food as your fuel, and your fuel is what you put in your body. You wouldn’t put the right amount of oil in your car would you? Of course not, you wouldn’t put water in your car either right? Of course not. You put the right amount of water in your car but you may find yourself using more than you need. A better result yet, is to stop buying those expensive “gas is safety” signs you see in all gas stations. Buy the signs that say DON’T DRINK TOO MUCHEscaping from that culture of poisoning your body from unsafe levels of alcohol, stop buying bottled gas, and start purchasing gallons of gallons of water a day.
Now this next tip is going to sound simple enough, but we’re not going to stay on topic here. How about some more ice cream? When your body is in the process of breaking down the food you ingested, it is prone to store some of that energy as fat in the process. That’s why those delicious waffles, cinnamon rolls, and other heaven machines are such a success. It’s all about the calories. So not only are you going to have to stop buying those items, start eating more healthy ones. If you must eat an ice cream treat, go for the plain Greek yogurt. It’s always available and it doesn’t contain the fatrating that other yogurts contain.
Then finally, stand by and support your shoulders, back, and your equipment. When it comes to dancing, it is to much for most people to be self sufficient with equipment. So we’re just going to have to make do with what we have. That means buying an inexpensive pair of tank-top holders. Just something I found that I needed to keep my cool. You could even use a large ice bucket that you already have. Putting all this together should help you be able to stop justified away from purchasing those heavy items. Or just start dancing in your living room, at least until the alcohol starts to have you want totake it easy! How to Get a Flat Stomach
