One thing you can do to help improve your condition is to wear looser fitting clothes. When you have a tendency to sweat a lot, it is usually not by wearing the right type of clothing. While exercise may not cure your case, it can help lessen the amount of sweat. Many foods we eat have a great effect on our bodies. For instance, eating spicy foods will increase your metabolism and as a result the rate at which you sweat. There are other remedies you can try as well, but just be sure to consult your doctor before you try anything drastic.

The method for dealing with excess sweating is not a cure, rather it is only a short-term relief. In the event that you sweat throughout the day and throughout your entire life, don’t sweat. This method will not end your problem with sweating but instead will leave you with a healthier, skinnier life.

Yellow Joints

Yellow or red colored joints is a warning sign that your condition could worsen to the point of needing medical attention. Usually, the joint will change color to a yellowish color, and then within a week to 10 days, it will once again change color to a red color.

What Can Causes Joint Pain?

· Stiffness in the joint or aching in the area

· Feeling as if there is a weight on the joint.

· Deep pain in one area and numbness in another

· Feeling pain or a pulling sensation in one area.

· Many people also have the sensation of something “sliding” inside the joint.

For people who experience painful joints, there are a few things you can do for relief and possibly prevention.

· If you cannot handle weight on your own, ask for help as part of a community fitness program.

·See your doctor or physical therapist as needed, especially if you are unable to handle weight on your own or you develop deep muscle aches.

·Learn to do stretching and strengthening exercises that help reduce the strain and tension in your body.

·Maintain a healthy weight.

Always remember that joint pain is not normal and can lead to disability, if it is not treated.
